Deeva AI is a next-generation AI girlfriend web app that offers immersive role-play chatbot experiences with three interactive 3D models in a BDSM dungeon and a variety of other fantasy settings, where users can engage in NSFW interactions and have voice calls with her. With a major launch ahead, the brand required a high-impact marketing strategy to generate virality and maximize user acquisition.

1. Omnichannel Marketing Strategy Development
- Problem: The client needed a structured marketing plan to establish a strong foundation for future growth.
- Solution: A comprehensive Omnichannel Marketing Plan was developed, covering Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Target Audience Segmentation, Brand Positioning, Messaging Framework, Content Strategy, Paid Media Strategy, Organic Growth Plan, an Action Plan, and other key components. 2. Conversion Tracking & ROI Measurement for Paid Ads
- Problem: The company lacked a proper tracking system to measure conversion value and send data back to ad platforms.
- Solution: A custom tracking setup was developed by integrating CCBill, RedTrack, and GTM. A hidden field in the sign-up form captured the ClickID from the UTM parameter, linking the purchase value from CCBill via an email identifier in the in-house CRM. This data was then sent back to ad platforms, ensuring accurate conversion value tracking and ROI visibility.
3. Competitor Analysis & Creative Strategy Development
- Problem: The client lacked competitor insights, making it difficult to create high-performing ad creatives and growth strategies.
- Solution: A comprehensive web research process was conducted on all competitors, compiling a list of their social media profiles. All their ad creatives—both SFW and NSFW—were analyzed using various ad spy tools. This research served as the foundation for the creative workflow, enabling the team to shortlist the best ideas and concepts. Additionally, comments and reactions under competitor ads were examined and reverse-engineered to develop the most engaging and effective creatives. Beyond creative development, this competitor list was leveraged for multiple Vanguard Strategies, including competitor follower acquisition and strategic engagement tactics.
4. Lack of Creative Assets for Paid Ads & Social Media
- Problem: The client had no ad creatives and content production workflow.
- Solution: A Kanban-style content production workflow was implemented in Trello to streamline brainstorming and execution. We collaborated with 2 graphic designers and 5 video producers to create diverse 30+ ad variations, including 3D animations, live-action, hybrid, and AI-generated content. Both static and dynamic, SFW and NSFW ad formats were developed and tested to achieve the best KPIs.
5. Social Media Management & Content Workflow
- Problem: The client lacked an effective strategy and tools to manage multiple social media platforms.
- Solution: A content calendar, color palette, and grid layout were developed, and automated posting was enabled across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, X, and LinkedIn through Later, with posts scheduled 7–14 days in advance. A dedicated Social Media Manager was hired to oversee all platforms. The strategy leveraged influencers sourced from Influencity, trending hashtags from IQ Hashtags, and viral music from TikTok Trends to maximize reach and engagement.

Lessons Learned & Takeaways
- Web apps with NSFW content face a significant disadvantage compared to default mobile apps with SFW content that comply with platform policies. They can only be effectively advertised using rented agency accounts with cloaked landers or on adult ad networks like TrafficJunky or ExoClick. However, a conventional app would still have more advantages due to access to app store marketing.
- A full competitor analysis should be a top priority, as it provides a significant competitive advantage. It plays a crucial role in paid ad and social media creative production, as well as vanguard strategies like competitor follower acquisition, targeting similar website visitors in paid ads, brand bidding campaigns, and in-competitor-app ads. With actionable insights from competitor research, campaigns can be more strategic, cost-efficient, and conversion-driven, making it an essential first step for success.
- Vanguard strategies are highly effective when VAs operate bulk posting tools, enabling large-scale execution and maximizing organic reach.
- PR strategies can significantly reshape brand perception and reduce social disapproval. Controversy, often seen as a disadvantage, can be strategically leveraged as an advantage.
